Welcome to Solve-It!Solve-It! Community Mediation Service offers people in conflict the opportunity to resolve their dispute.Solve-It! is a mediation service that offers a peaceful approach to conflict resolution and allows people to reach a mutually satisfactory solution. Solve-It! provides a safe and non-threatening environment with trained mediators who work toward solving conflicts at the community level. Solve-It! recruits volunteer mediators who are thoroughly trained in dispute resolution techniques and communication skills. Originally founded in 1998, Solve-It! Community Mediation Service is provided through The Leadership Centre, a non-profit organization, & is funded by the municipalities of Apache Junction, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, & Queen Creek. Solve-It! works in partnership with community organizations, service groups, & the justice system providing mediation, trainings, & outreach programs to help create public awareness of dispute resolution alternatives.
